Construction was completed on a 4 storey 53-unit mixed-use building located at Leila Avenue, MB. 1730 Leila contains 53 apartment units and a single storey commercial rental space, attached with an asphalt covered parkade. The building was structured using steel and wood with concrete and masonry on the entrance to add a sophisticated finish. The apartment complex was also built with a multi-purpose room and gym.
