18 Picardy Place

Integra Building Systems built a 9-unit 3 story building in the up-and-coming neighborhood, located in the West Broadway area of Winnipeg. This apartment complex was built using modern style siding with large windows to allow natural light in each of the units. Each unit also comes with its own custom handrailed balconies. The inside was designed with an open spaced concept to better facilitate the needs of tenants.
